Since my switch to manual windows the regulator handles stick out too much so... I tired messing with the plastic doorcards I made to push them out a bit but now it's starting to look like crap so it appears that I will be probably using Evo IV RS OE door cards.
My initial plan for the rear windows also changed. I wanted to get a one piece window cut from Lexan and fit it into the original rails (I don't want to rivet the windows to the outside of the door) and that has proven (using a template) to be basically impossible to fit without cutting the door apart.
I might scratch that and just solid mount the OE glass... or get two piece Lexan windows and fit them into the original rails that way.
I stripped all sorts of metal from my dashboard and test fitted that to see how well it will still hold - that was a success it will hold no problem so that's the route this part is going:

The glove box area will be capped with some kind of material (likely plastic) and the stereo area will have the same.
The temp controls (up towards the top) and the clock/hazard light switch will be going back in as it all mounts to the dashboard itself and none of the metal framing that was there before.
And that's kind of it for now...
